This is a character study of my version of the Princess in The Princess & the Pea. My version of the story is set in Rome, Italy, in the 21st century.

While working on a hypothetical poster for the movie Pride and Prejudice and Zombies (based on the book published by Quirk Books), I created this image of Hugh Dancy cast as Mr. Darcy.

My interpretation of the classic fable. This was created with traditional media and a few minor digital adjustments.

This self portrait was required to include a key, 3 push pins, and money. I wanted to make an image that was very classic-looking, but when inspecting it closer the viewer notices the unusual items. It was executed in colored pencil on black paper.

This is my favorite from a series of studies I did of various facial features. It is an oil painting.

This is another illustration from my version of The Princess & the Pea. The image is based on a photo I took in Rome of a path leading to the Colosseum.

Like the title says—a parody of Ingre's The Bather. This project was a lot of fun, largely because of the challenge to make it look as similar as possible to the original.
